How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → TaleBox Premium → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Open the paywall in the app, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that originally subscribed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new subscribers eligible for an introductory offer get 7 days free on every tier (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). You will only be charged if you don't cancel before the trial ends. Apple grants only one introductory offer per Apple ID across the TaleBox Premium subscription group.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
