Terms of Use
By downloading or using TaleBox ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
TaleBox provides a curated library of audio fairy tales narrated by professional voice actors in multiple languages. Some content is freely available; the full catalog is unlocked through a paid subscription called TaleBox Premium.
Subscription
- Tiers. Premium is offered as Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Pricing is shown on the in-app paywall and depends on your App Store region.
- Free trial. New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Apple grants only one introductory offer per Subscription Group per Apple ID.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID will be charged at the displayed price for each renewal.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time via iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TaleBox Premium → Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple and refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple Standard EULA
If we have not provided a custom End User License Agreement, the use of the App is governed by Apple's standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or audio/image assets; (b) redistribute or rebroadcast the content; (c) use the App in any way that violates applicable law or Apple's App Store guidelines.
Intellectual property
All audio recordings, illustrations, code, and brand elements are owned by TaleBox or its licensors. The subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the content for personal, non-commercial use within the App.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaleBox is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
